Art for My Birthday Month Part I
Yes, I have a predilection for Spindrift sparkling water (please sponsor me)
I know the long, bleak month of March gets a bad rap but as a human of sedulous optimism, I focus on the positives: more daylight, more warm days, more birthday celebrations! Cue Camus—we can get through this home stretch of winter.
As with my work at People’s, I have a few more projects in the pipelines I cannot wait to share with you in the coming months. For now, please visit People’s and inquire about the new set of artists we are presenting: Cooper Cox, Jenna Westra, Michael Thompson and Hannah Taurins. Email art@peoplesny.com for the price list.
Tonight, I am sharing very exciting discoveries currently on view in galleries in New York and beyond. Sometimes I think I should highlight a few of the pieces in my intro paragraphs, but in truth I would just highlight them all. As always, let me know if you would like to see additional images and examples by any of the artists. Enjoy!
