Good morning from Miami Beach! I would like to start today’s newsletter with a very gracious thank you to all my paid subscribers. Your support allows me to continue to do what I love: share contemporary artworks and artists for this generation of collectors.

As we approach end of year round ups, I have been gratified to see publications such as ArtCube, Cultured, and Galerie identify rising star artists that I have already featured in this newsletter.

I am especially thrilled to share the artists in today’s newsletter whose practices I have been following for a while. Art fairs move at a different rhythm and artworks are often placed before the fair even opens. It is so important to stay grounded and to not get caught up in the frenzy and urgency, and give yourself the time and space to discover a new artist or a new body of work by an artist.

Yesterday at NADA and Untitled reminded me why art fairs are essential for discovery. Both fairs are filled with artists who are shaping the next chapter of contemporary art, and the energy in each booth felt generous and sincere. I left with a long list of names and ideas that I cannot wait to share in upcoming newsletters.

NADA in particular continues to affirm its role as the fair where early signals appear in real time. Our art advisor-led tours have been successful and demonstrative of proof of concept, and I hope everyone continues to take advantage of this initiative. If you are in Miami this week, you can request a tour at the NADA information desk.

I look forward to hearing what you think about today’s selections of artists at Art Basel Miami Beach. While fair inventory often moves quickly, I strongly believe these artists are worth considering and exploring through additional examples of their work. Enjoy!
